How to set up domain and hosting/cPanel :
I will set up WordPress here. Buy domain and hosting yourself. I am using Godaddy hosting. I have bought domain from Godaddy. So, my domain and hosting is in same place. Let us set them first.
Login to Godaddy account.
Click on Manage from Web Hosting.
cPanel set up and click on Setting
Select a domain from your account and click on Next
Choose a data center and then hit Next
Create a cPanel login. Put new user and pass for your cPanel. Click on next.

FTP Account Creation and FileZilla Set up :
Log in to your cPanel.
Click on FTP Accounts from Files option.
Put log in and password.
Hit on Create FTP Account. Done!
Open your FileZilla.
Click on File from Menu bar.
Hit on Site Manager. New window will open.
Click on New Site. New window will open
You can rename your site.
Put FTP host name.
Put FTP user name and pass from Logon type = Normal.
Click on Connect. Done!

How to install WordPress on live server :
Log in to your cPanel.
Create database. Click on MySQL Database from Databases section.
Create New Database. Put new database name. Click on Create Database button. Done!
Create database user. Add New User and Password.
Click on Create User button. Done!
Add User To Database. Select user and database. Click on Add button. A new page will appear. You can select grant all privilege. Done!
Go to wordpress.org and download the latest WordPress version.
Unzipped it and open the wp-config-sample.php file by any text editor.
Put database name
Put database user
Put database pass
And finally save as wp-config.php file.
Then upload all file to live server via FTP. Done!
After completing upload, put your domain name in browser and search.
A setup page will appear and fill up all the field. Put admin user name, pass, email, title etc. and hit the button.
Done!

WordPress content transfer from another server :
Check your old website’s plugins and theme.
Install same plugins and theme to your new website
Log in to your old website and click on tools from WordPress dashboard.
Click on Export. Choose what to export – All content. Hit on Download Export File. This is a .xml file format.
Log in to your new website.
Click on Import from Tools. Run importer
Click on Choose File. Then hit Upload File and Import. Have fun!
