Redirects can seem daunting for new users to fix your links. The most common way to fix these links is to edit your htaccess but there are plugins to do the same. In this video, we will show you how to create redirects in WordPress.

The first plugin is Redirection, afer it is installed and activated you can go to Tools, Redirection to set it up.
For sorce you would add the old link and target is the new link to send them to.
The next time someone goes to the link they will be redirected.
This plugin will also show you any 404 errors you have on your site.
The next plugin is for when you want to keep a post but want to redirect it to another post or page.
Install and activate Page Links to plugin and after it is installed you would go to an old post to see the redirect metabox.
You can update the link there and decide if it should open in a new tab.
Simple 301 redirects is another plugin for redirects.
After installing and activating it you would want to go to Settings, 301 redirects to add the urls.
Here you would be able to put in the old link and the new link location.
If you would prefer to use the htaccess method you would make it look like: Redirect 301 url url
